7th Act of Self-Love: Practice Self-Forgiveness
It’s time to forgive yourself!
Forgive yourself for something you regret doing or past mistakes you’ve made. Shift your focus on the lesson you can gain from those experiences and use it to guide or else you will not be able to move forward.
Here’s a mantra I found that you can practice:
***Breathe in deeply, exhale fully,,,
“I love you, I forgive you, I release you”
Allow yourself to release the negative energy attached to that unforgiving feeling you’ve been holding on to.
**Say this to yourself as often as needed**
