4th Act of Self love: Practice Checking in with your whole self
When was the last time you checked in with yourself and examined your needs?
We all have a unique, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual makeup and it’s up to you to know which area needs attention.
Checking in with your needs, is an act of self-care. You are taking personal responsibility to be your best self before seeking a relationship.
Writing exercise: Make 4 columns and list each area:
Physical | Emotional | Mental | Spiritual
Then ask yourself…
Which parts of me needs attention right now?
Write down at least 1 action step you can take towards nurturing that need.
